Probably echoing what others have stated but I think everyone agrees that Patriot is much healthier and has more potential with the outstanding warrants gone. 

It's in Swart's best interest to see that Patriot is as healthy as possible since he is the biggest shareholder.  Once again, it's a win/win for Swartz.  He wins by receiving payment for the warrants and wins (big) if the SP climbs.
