Depending on the "wording" of the stipulation for non-infringement between ARM and TPL re: the '584, we may have a slight chance of going after them again if we win at the USPTO during the Ex Parte reexam.

Wouldn't we also need to appeal Judge Ward's Claim Construction ruling on claim 29? Someone posted a few days ago which ruling (USPTO or Judge) overrules.  I'm not sure which one it was, but I'm thinking it was the Judges'.
