Toshiba knowing the full extent of their infrengement , IMO has offered a settlement amount ,but a bit to low for TPL so TOSHIBA has dumped all the documentation TPL needs for an accurate picture  and reasonable amount of the infrengement at the last possible minute TPL not willing to settle for peanuts at this stage is going for the Jugular , Judge Ward will not look at Toshiba in a good light since they just got raked over the coals in another case for delay tactics.
