This is excellent news... but the question now is.. why will it take thru Oct? Why not just cut them a check... $9 mil max... & probably quite a bit less than that. Does this mean we will now be somewhat stagnant thru Oct.. or did S&L request this timeline to possibly increase their profits as we move up in price thru Oct??
