Heres a new one to debate

Recently someone joked about ARM referencing the mmp as prior art in some of their patents. That sparked my interest and I looked at ARMs patents. Actually as many as eleven reference the mmp. But in looking through the 200 plus patents I did come across a few that did not reference the mmp and probably should have. I'm not and EE, but I'm wondering if the trial in Texas is about more than what we know. I'm wonderomg if ARM may be looking for concessions on our part not to challenge any of their patents before they settle in Texas. I think the following patents might be worth looking at.

6278334, 6021265, 6513053.

Actually I think 6278334 might be an attempt to circumvent the 336 clock. I would be interested in other opinions with regard specifically to the aforementioned patents as well as with regard to the general thought that perhaps there is more to the Texas trial than the mmp. TIA Opty
