Do you think the discounted licenses to Sony and Intel etc. will be a ligitimate argument by ARM and J2.5, when they are trying to negotiate a reasonable settlement during the court appointed mediation period? I understand the additional time factor and legal cost etc. Do these early license fees set any kind of base?
I am intrigued by the 225 -250 million number throwen out at the shareholder meeting too. That number was on someones mind. Who said it? Wasn't it one of our hired PR companies?
i do think ARM has the most to lose in this litigation. i also think they will be the most difficult company to pin down.
