SGE1, thanks for the feedback. I'm agreement with you.
The only negative could be going to trial and losing but with the Markman positive, I don't see that either. The only mystery I don't understand for trial is how a can a jury of normal folks understand the intricacies of patents in this case? Wouldn't the jury have to be smart enough to see something to reverse Judge Ward's Markman ruling?
If SGE1 knows nuttin', I know less than nuttin' whatever that is.
