Caught red handed in a lie, and like any kid trying to avoid a "spanken" their constantly changing their story and their digging the hole deeper and deeper.

1.) It was prior art daddy I sware!

2.) No I mean it was ARM they made me do it!

3.) Ask the USPTO they'll confirm my story on prior art!
