Perhaps since there was a previous litagation pertaining to ownership of the patents before any settlements or monies transfered all avenues leading to rightful ownership must be investigated.

Last stab of a dying man, so to speak. J2 fight a hard fight, lets hope they are gracious (big time)losers.
