Perhaps I have proven myself wrong. The extension for compliance with 3-8 was: "The deadline to comply with Patent Rule 3-8 from July 9,2007 to July 16,2007". This deadline was to be 15 days after claim construction ruling, which should have made it 6/30/07.

Apologies, but I honestly do not ever recall any legal timelines ever being in business days; always calendar.
