I'll just touch on a few I have in mind and try to avoid writing another novel.

Are the warrants all gone?  IMO, no, but we've got to be pretty darned close....

Narrow trading range for the last week, staying at .50-.51 for the most part.  MMs and flippers/traders crippled.

In the Bull PR: lots of licensing activity over the prior three weeks.  Sounds like things are getting intense.  Is Alliacense sandbagging, holding out for a major event before completing any more negotiations?

Texas mediation must be going fairly smooth.  One would think that all participants are actively engaged, and that things must be pretty intense there too (which may be causing the above).  I say this because it would seem that IF any participants were playing "delay games" or any other tomfollery, it would be reported to the Judge.  Also, our team should be most aggressively engaged, forcing positive action by the defendants.  And, as I've suggested before, it seems that if things were lagging and the opposition were not negotiating in good faith, not only would this be reprted to the Judge, but it would posture us prefectly for filing a motion for summary judgment.  We're almost half way through the "mediation period".

It seems that everyone is just sitting on the edge of their seats, waiting for something to happen, knowing that the "something" could happen at any time. Settlement(s) out of Texas, settlement(s) with infringers big or small, "other".

Where's the letter from our fearless leader?  I KNOW he suggested that they wouldn't necessarily come on a strict schedule.  But the seeming delay here strongly suggests that something is about to break loose, or at least that this is the perception of "our team".  I can certainly understand him holding off, as the content/depth of the letter will be dependent on certain outcomes, and an "empty" letter would not be well received.

Just some thoughts.....  Most of them point to the probability that something big is about to happen.  I KNOW, "how profound!" (like nobody else is thinking the same thing).
