Gotta call ya on that one. When the court or law designates "days", they are calendar days. I don't recall EVER seeing an expection to that. Others may interject if they KNOW better.

Right around 8/15/07 is the deadline, not 9/10/07 due to weekends/holidays.

This I believe I KNOW!
