The real Chardonney affectionados drink Oak Barrel aged Chardonneys. It takes longer to age, to get the "oaky" taste just right, which really makes a $120 bottle...

Those that produce Chardonney using steel barrles can put out the poduct much faster, but have a hard time getting the taste just right, (either it is bitter because the skin by products have not been fermented, or it is fermented too long and tastes like diswater).

Two Buck Joe got the Award because he puts out a "Cheep" product that goes down smooth, has some of the thwang of the "bitterness" in it, though lacking the "oaky" taste...

Next you ought to try a Jordan Cahrdonny, side by side with two buck Joe to see what I mean...(www.Jordan.com).
