Hi Rick , thanks. I haven't been up to date. In Costa Rica last few weeks with not too many Internet Cafe visits.

SO we sit and wait,after a favorable Markman ( I think I read that we won 33 out of 34 points) while the defendants and PTSC/TPL negotiate, with the courts oversite, toward a favorable settlement? Do I have that right??

 

Also we have the overhang of a USPTO review, requested by PUBPAT? Do I have that right?

 Next 10-Q due Aug 15th? so by then we should have a much clearer picture??
