Has PTSC matured (in the eyes of big investors) to the point where financial results matter as much, or more, than speculation about potential?  

I’m beginning to think this may be the case. Investors may be looking for results before taking a big bite into this penny stock. If I where a large investor I’d be looking for confirmation of “potential” before sinking millions into this stock. Confirmation of potential is probably not achieved with a court ruling (though an unfavorable ruling could hurt), it’s actual $ income (and income growth) that counts and influences many investors.

Could the reason the SP is not taking off be that simple?
