In addition, between now and the trial date this fall, there shall be pre=trial conferances where the parties and the Court shall outline what is tried to the jury...

I am positivie there shall be Motions by Leckrones asking the Court for exclusion of anything relating to what is or is not happening at USPTO, and the Court will grant these motions...

All this discussion of what USPTO will be doing during the next 22 months is "Much Ado about Nothing" at this stage of the game...
