I think this is really important because we see that companies are going to the Congress complaining that they may not be getting a fair shake because the Judges lean in favor of plaintiffs. Mr. Smith realizes that this is going on and he is extremely knowledgeable in this arena.

This is scarry because when you think of all the people that have it in for us, especially large corps that do not want to pay up, they will negatively effect the true patent story for their significant self agrandisement (is that a word?).

Thanks Wolf. There are so many layers to this mess that it confounds my puny brain housing group from registering on the multi levels required to ascertain the truth from fiction.
