Larscot, what you say is exactly the point.If he thought there was good reason to protect the integrity of the disks/tapes whatever....why did he not do so and why now does the defense claim the data cannot be discerned? Why? Well, maybe, they don`t want to deliver because these discs would only discredit their claim to ownership. Am I getting confused by all the discussion and time lapsed or did the defense originally claim they had proof on these discs only to back off and claim they were unreadable. Anyway, tommorrow could be the day and then again it could be friday or........
