There are alot of unknowns.. still

eg..Have the signings increased since the Markman ruling?? If so, by how much?

eg... Bull signed, how much did they pay? Did they pay pre-Markman price..or after... di they pay $1 million, $5m or higher

eg. Is the company going to continue the share buy backs or dividends.... can they negoitate with S & L to eliminate some of the warrants...etc....

eg. All the unknowns surround the Pubpat..the trial...etc...

There are alot of traders in the stock... (which is good and bad)... i believe that more and more longs are building their long positions.... traders and short term players will come and go... but the foundation is being laid for more long term investors to stay. Wth more licenses being signed and the cash and assets increasing, this stock will continue to attract more investors.

Im here for the long haul.. and excited about the growth we have seen over the past several months. I am not letting the PPS bother me, because its a short term view... not the big picture.
