Wolf, quick question? Did claims 1-28 actually pass? Reason I ask is that when I read the NEC Request For Ex parte Reexamination, Page 1 Box 9 reads "Reexamination of claim(s) 29 is requested", which would make me believe that no one requested that claims 1-28 be subject to reexam. I would guess that since no one asked to reexam these 28 claims, than they must be good? Let's say we end up winning the reexam, can someone than request a reexam of one or all of the first 28 claims? Just wondering if a patent can be subject to more than one reexam.
