I'd actually go a step further..... It appears that the reality of the situation would dictate wording like:

"The USPTO calls into question Claim 29 of patent '548",

because that's all that has really happened. It's a non-final rejection, subject to further review based on input solely from the TPL/PTSC technical/legal team.

"Much ado about very little" at this point, IMHO.

And you make a good point re: timing and the '148 and '336. Did they pass muster? I would suspect so. And I'm sure "lurking" would avoid posting THAT bit of news.
