That is unless you expect PTSC to deny SEC regs and remain silent about a BoD addition, two divies, three new licensees and the "events" of receipt of licensing proceeds, a share repurchase plan, and others they were obligated to issue. PTSC never said Sony would be 10X Fujitsu. Then you go off on the S&L no risk thing. BTW, do a little DD on S&L (Swartz). Have they EVER done what you suggest they could have done to PTSC had their investment gone haywire? NO? Not once? Gosh, it just MUST be their modus operendi!
