And that's the main point. Crying over spilt milk isn't what I'd call "forward-looking". The situation is completely different. S&L today is in the same boat as retail. I can't understand how someone that openly acknowledges that Swartz is "extremely smart", and now has an exact common goal with retail, is a bad thing to have around.
