Easy answer. UNCERTAINTY. You know the market hates uncertainty. With Pubat reviewing the patents and with the litigation still in progress, there is more uncertainty than most care to admit. The market does not jump in the boat with all of the "I know what I own" folks. Because the fact is, we don't know what we own. But we sure hope we own something really really special.
