Okay, I yield.  S&L is very smart and would have done whatever was necessary to turn the pig into their own little purse (I think there is more than one metaphore in there! LOL).  So I give up - S&L was in no risk because they're too smart.

But, as I've mentioned before, if you think they are that smart (and their track record here and elsewhere indicates this), why are you so upset that they wield some level influence over our company?  I guess the answer to that depends on your attitude as to whether S&L is in the same boat as retail....
