sge, your input regarding the contractual factors between companies is greatly appreciated.  it tends to answer many questions i have and clear some confusion from where we are and how we may be progressing...though we do not know anything for certain your speculation sure makes sense.

still very surprised we have not seen a "speculative pop" by the market.
