...and while the '584 is very important in order to keep ARM involved in this litigation.. IMO, and I agree with Ease here, we have the threat of future litigation with a solid '336 &/or '148 in the form of a hammer haning over their (ARM's) gord.
..and wasn't ARM complaing about this being drawn out.. whaa whaa.. & hurting their sales & customer confidence..
