Doesn't anyone know the answer to this or is the answer that obvious? Could someone in the future say these allegations against ASIC chips/products were dismissed from a previous case(precedence), so they can't be brought against us?

This order by the court certainly applies only to Toshiba doesn't it? Not to any other defendants who appear before this court or any other court? Silly question maybe, but repeated discussion can be confusing... TIA
