It looks like starting next month Etrade.com you can buy online stock on 6 foreign exchanges. 

Those exchanges are Canada, France, Hong Kong, Germany, Japan & the UK.

That means you can buy Patriot over in Germany. Here are Patriot's ticker symbles in Germany:PQE.SG--PQE.MU--PQE.F--PQE.DE & PQE.BE 

Just remember to allow for currancy exchanges. 

May Patriot (no matter the ticker symble or language) give us all a pot of gold.
