I'm saying a few license buys now could set off an avalanche of license buying - in the absence of a definitive court ruling.

It seems to me things would be better if the ruling had clearly favored TPL regarding the issue/commet by TPL "... there remains a specific, highly-technical phrase that will require further scrutiny."

By my count, there are hundreds of infringers that have not bought licenses - that's not favorable to PTSC, and license sales are running at a snails pace.

Overall, I agree things look good for PTSC.
