I found this site and thought maybe I could find out something on TPL/Ptsc case. There wasn't any as you mention which I thought odd. I think you answered the question by informing us that he is connected to the case. I wonder if he would somehow be precluded from discussing because the case is ongoing and he is just one party in the group??

Also, I know I'm harping but do you have any documentation on what Swartz Private Equity, LLC and Lincoln Ventures, beyond the obvious, business model could be in purchasing these warrants  and turning them into stocks. I am lost here and need any help on anything you may provide. I do not understand this whole process. To me, they could have the same interest in the same thing as retail, i.e.the blossoming of PTSC into a great corp. I don't understand the full strategy for them?

I think the people who are really getting burned right now are the day and short term trader interested specifically in the flip. Some made on the way up (millions of shares traded and some lost). Jim Cramer could look at this and tell us this is what is happening exactly from his vast experience with the art of the trade. I can only wait and see what will happen next as I have faith in what PTSC is doing and is planning to do. Any assistance you can provide with any of this would be appreciated.
