The dialogue may not take place on a daily basis, but I am quite sure that the attorneys talk frequently.

The Company expressly disclaims any obligation to update this press release and cautions that it is only accurate on the date it was presented. The inclusion of any data or statements in this press release does not signify that the information is considered material.

"Only accurate on the day is was presented and does not signify that info is considered material."   Why would anyone file an 8K that was good for 1 day and then say it does not signfy the info material??

IMHO, we are got someone very upset by releasing that PR. GL, ads
