I believe your last statement pretty much sums it up:
"No PTSC is not a scam....just a nobody company with un-impressive management."
I am not bashing the company as many will assume. but it has been my "mantra" since the sony deal/sharehholder meeting that ptsc will never be taken seriously with the current BOD's managerial decisions, which IMO, we are currently paying the price for now. IMO, this is why we are not trading higher on such great news and press release regarding the markman. we should be moving higher with all the potential for future revenues. there is so much potential with ptsc that even s&l dumping warrants should not be killing us at .50.
the problem the way i see it is:
as soon as we merged the patents with TPL our BOD chose to terminate all employees, leaving us with just a bod. our BOD then chose to freeze all current technological developments of its own technologies. not a problem if we had aggressively persued the umbrella theory presented by mr pohl at the sharehholder meeting. but the bottom line is that bod has not produced much in fullfilling the pohl umbrella strategy. holocom deal may turn out to be a positive but this acquisition came with little pr to show that ptsc is more than a "one trick pony". ptsc has HAD nothing to PR since the merger of the patents with TPL. The BOD then chose to do what mr pohl stated as "unprecentdented for a BB stock to do" -- they issue dividends. And the market knows this is basically a gift to the warrant holder who has close ties to the BOD. the bod issues dividends 3 times. i believe, mr pohl/bod, it is unprecedented because most BB stocks need the cash to grow the company. the BOD also chose to upgrade the corporate office, yet we have NO employees. Where is the justification for paying a monthly rent for over 2 years for a company that has no employees. what perception is our bod conveying to the average investor?
i believe the markets perception of PTSC is that it is just a 5 man holding corporation that receives all of its revenue from money generated by TPL. And for the last 2 years that is what we have been. the bod has done nothing to change this perception.
all just my opinion.
