Right now we are in a pressure cooker. (to use an analogy) If we did as well as everyone assumes then the pressure is starting to build not only for the defendents but also for any company that was waiting to decide to take a license or not. The price just went up. Negoiations are now beginning to become more intense. This is not (IMO) a time to let the future licensees off easy, since the market is waiting to see what we do. But one thing to keep in mind is that TPL could care less about the market since it does not affect them. They are concerned about this first licensee only because it may set a precedent. So in my opinion we will not hear of anymore licensees for a least a week or two. If the defendents cave in this will surely set things in motion. But I wouldn't expect that to happen. So, even though things seem quiet, I am sure behind the scenes they are anything but. Time is money, and as time goes by it is just more for us. We may well be in the drivers seat. The only thing we need to worry about is that phrase Lectorne was refering too.
