I don't understand your point.  SEC filings indicate S&L continue to convert warrants and HOLD shares.  They haven't filed any sales from what I find in SEC filings (theirs OR PTSC's).  Should be simple to show S&L's sales imo, but I don't see them.  I keep hearing here that S&L are maniupulating sp and selling into strength, but no one produces anything that supports that theory.  Can you?
