And if PTSC had bought back the warrants, even with the smallist premium, some would be screaming favoritism and threatening a class action suit. This is probably why it has been done IMO.

And note that I say this while agreeing that buying back the warrants would have been a very smart move by PTSC. Certainly better than doing divys.
