I think it's "conceivable" that it is S&L dumping more shares from converted warrants.
Why? Because there's enough volume to do it without "totally" sinking the SP and they're still making a profit on the shares they sell. Sure, they might have made a much bigger profit if they waited for big news, but why wait? This is "penny land" very volatile/risky plays. Might as well take your profit while you've got it. If the SP does skyrocket, S&L own 40 million shares. That's obviously more than enough to take full advantage of a soaring SP. E. Swartz said it best at the SHM - he's selling to decrease his exposure.
It's not much of a gamble for Swartz - he can take his warrant money off the table now and make a pretty good profit and let his 40 million shares ride and possibly make a great profit. Good strategy if you ask me.
He's not our enemy - he's a business man looking out for himself just like we do. His actions jut happen to have a much greater effect on the SP.
