Can't correct the correct. Not being an attorney, just don't really understand how that works. As you correctly state, ARM did insert themselves into the lawsuit to represent the "584 on behalf of their clients. So I don't know if that makes them a party of the lawsuit, or just legal representation for the Japanese companies for the "584? ARM does address the litigation in their financials, so I always took this to mean that they are now a party to the litigation. Maybe Ron or SGE can answer that question. I am sure one or the other has addressed this 100 times, so sorry Ron/SGe if I am forgetting this, as I have been reading a lot lately so some things are a big blur....GLTAL
