So when Swartz took his itsy-bitsy little risk, that was because he KNEW, absolutely, that the patents, disputed on two fronts (Fish and Moore/TPL), had true value? No risk there at all. After all, up till this very moment, the true value of the patents is unknown (as reflected in the PPS).
