Good points, and a great reminder for shareholders that didn't attend the meeting.

However, might they hold off for a PR that says that our side has filed a motion for summary judgment? Or, that we've filed and that Judge Ward follows through on the motion? Or that, the former having occurred, J1, J2, J.5, ARM, or some combination have settled (with the dollar amounts)? Maybe PR each of these events (a true blitz)? Lots of possibilities. Any/all work for me!
