Yes. Ask is $1.02 on Ameritrade and has been for a while. Typically after the bell the spread is widened by a large margin and a low bid and a high ask are flashed. It inhibits action elsewhere or after market until the market officially reopens. This- I THINK I know! Corrections welcome.
