After today, I have a few thoughts. I hope they are worthy of consideration and encouraging to fellow holders of PTSC.

1) There is no doubt we won more than lost. But, as posted over a month ago we could win all but one battle and still lose the war. The real question is if we won the " meat" of the MH. With a quick glance, I would say the legal scale has tipped to our favor.

2) In all honesty, If I was on a jury and was left only with intrinsic evidence to base a choice I would favor PTSC/TPL.
 ( This comes after I've read Judge Wards summations )

3) My main concern is if the PTO can yank the carpet out from under us. Can they at this point in time excersise their right to pull a patent ? Or, given that a Markman hearing has finished are they no longer involved with this case ? Did the Markman Hearing satisfy their jurisdiction ? ( a magic wand )

4) Money talks. If we get a signing this coming week it would speak volumes and the sp harness would be unstrapped.

5) Now that the Markman hearing is finished, the trial does have consequences for the J2.5, They had nothing to lose by going forward with the Markman, but, now it gets expensive. The raised ante' I would surmise shall bring a settlement towards our common good.

 Getting rich might be fairy tale, but I'm pretty sure of getting our just dessert.
