As there is no mention of PTSC in your post, I doubt they are included in these endeavors, monetarily speaking. Mr. Moore and TPL are simply trying to increase their base to build a better mouse trap. I'ts no different than taking the patent from the telephone and using that knowledge to invent something totally different such as a cell phone. They may be in the same category yet completely distinct.
