As for My uneducated guess, I would tend to agree that to unseat the board would require a majority stake. So the only entities that could hope to get that ball rolling would be Swartz & Lincoln. They probably are feeling a bit left out since their shares are limited and Patriot no longer is requiring financing. If that is the case the common shareholder will be getting the short end of the stick.
