I agree that Russell Fish should be rewarded and acknowledged in a similar fashion to Charles Moore. I believe, however, he has already received millions with more to come based on future licenses. Nevertheless, I should have acknowledged his significant contribution to our future, soon to be here, PTSC Extraordinaire, ie PTSC Maximus.
