I don't like the dividends.

I don't like the lax, if even existent, share buy-back.

I don't like their failure to make a deal to buy back all the OS warrants.

I don't like the exec compensation.

And your recollection of the little dispute between Ron and I is completely wrong. I offered an opinion, he dismissed it and directed me to his opinion. They were opinions, and had zero to do with law or known facts. I think Ron and I got past it (such disputes don't last among adults having a common goal). Apparently you haven't.
