He has no one with which he can delegate.

IMO, all CEO's (and even you Soph) have ego's that push them. His case is a little different, maybe more difficult in some ways - If he has to fallback to being an anlyst, his credibility will suffer if he can't deliver on what he imparted when he was a consultant.

On the other (plus) side, his job can be easier, as he has a degree of drawing power in attracting talent. The credibility (to us shareholders) by association he brought to PTSC will be passed forward to those who want to be associated (Work) with him, because...heck, this isnt a scam or a product with half baked potential...Jim Turley's involved, it must have promise!
