about the Markman. Here are the FACTS that I keep in mind when my worry wort gets itchy:
We've had some very positive input from a few EEs.
We've had some 20 major corporations license the tech for no less than a couple million $ each, which they wouldn't have done if there were a chance in ....
The clincher, in my mind, is that a large part of NEC settled ($ unknown). They had total visibility of the defendent side. One could argue that they were hedging their bet. But the stronger argument (IMO) is that they wouldn't have done that if there were a decent chance....
Need I mention Sony and Fujitsu?
