Big sports fan and sometime a team hires from with in, a person who knows what changes have to be made.........Some outsiders might take months/a year to get up to speed...

I am placing my bet that JT knows what needs to be done at PTSC and since he is in charge now IMO he will make changes...I am sure of that........He is to bright a guy and from his backround /track record he gets things done.............Yes being on TV is important as i am sure he has the right contacts/respect to PROMOTE PTSC.............Larry
