Without a definitive ruling on the Markman hearing I just don't see how Patriot could have attracted another CEO with better credentials than Jim Turley. Personally, I wish they would have waited until the Markman was over... a favorable ruling might have attracted someone outside of the company with even better credentials. Since they did not, and Mr. Pohl stated he would be announcing the CEO on or before June 5th, I just don't see anyone better suited for the job given the circumstances. All will depend on the outcome of our litigation, nothing has changed in that regard as far as I can see. If we're successful, the company will be as well. JMO of course.
